FANAL’s code of ethics aims to establish the guidelines that must govern the professional, ethical and responsible behavior of all its administrators, collaborators and employees in their daily performance.
Our business code of ethics establishes and defines our Mission, Vision and Values and basic principles of professional behavior, constituting an action guide to ensure an adequate behavior both in the professional and personal performance of our employees, always in accordance with the laws in force in our country. This is a fundamental pillar of our business model and our strategy of profitable and sustainable growth. Our Code of Ethics is driven, managed and directed by the Ethics Committee.
The whistleblowing channels are managed by the ethics committee that will be responsible for the management of the complaints received, in accordance with the provisions of the law 2/2023 of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report breaches of regulations and the fight against corruption related to the Whistleblowing Directive, the company Fanal makes available its whistleblowing channel.
